Honjo factory mainly engages in the manufacture and sale of plastic molded items, and handles various fields including trial production and extrusion processing.

Chemical Products

Injection molding machines

The company can handle injection molding of a wide range of sizes from 0.1g to more than 500g. It specializes in precision parts such as gears and screws. It can handle injection molding of any kind of thermoplastic resin, from commodity resins to super engineering plastics such as PPS and PEEK. It has injection molding machines that can handle from 25 tons to 300 tons.

Automated Mold Temperature Monitoring System

In order to centrally control molding temperature, which significantly affects product accuracy, the company measures, records and monitors the temperature for each machine every 4 seconds to respond immediately to problems caused by abnormal temperature.

Extruder Processing (Repellet)

In extruder processing, coloring and filler can be added upon request. Any kind of thermoplastic resin can be used for this purpose. The company has introduced pelletizers which can cut soft resins such as urethane and elastomer.
