Fujibo Holindgs, Inc., and its affiliates (hereafter collectively called the “Group”) have established rules and systems and shall endeavor to protect the personal information of our customers, business partners, and employees of the Group based upon the policy outlined below.
Personal Information Protection Policy

For the handling of personal information, the Group complies with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
2. Acquisition and use of personal information
When acquiring personal information, the Group announces or makes notification of the purposes of use of such information. In addition, the Group will use personal information within the scope of the purpose of use at the time of acquisition but only to the extent necessary to carry out business.
3. Provision of personal information to third parties
The Group will not provide personal information to any third parties without obtaining the prior consent from the person who provided the information, except as specified in laws and regulations.
4. Joint use of personal information
When personal information is used jointly among the Group, notifications or public announcements of the details of such joint use are made in advance.
5. Disclosure, correction, or suspension of use
If the disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of the personal information held by the Group is requested, the Group shall respond to such request promptly.
6. Security control measures
The Group takes the necessary and appropriate safety control measures for the management of personal information, including measures to protect against the leakage, loss and damage to personal information. Furthermore, we provide the necessary and appropriate supervision for employees and contractors (including subcontractors) who handle personal information to ensure the security and control of personal information.
7. Continuous improvement of the Personal Information Protection Compliance Program
The Group will formulate a compliance program for the protection of personal information, make it known to all employees and other related parties, and strive to implement, maintain, and continuously improve it.
8. Review
This policy is subject to revisions for improvement as required to reflect the establishment or revision of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.

2. Purpose of use of personal information in each Fujibo Group company
(1) Personal information related to customers
- To provide customers with products and services of the Fujibo Group as well as related information
- To give notice of various seminars, exhibitions, events, and other activities to be carried out by the Fujibo Group
- To provide customers with after-sale services
- To collect and provide information regarding the development of new products
- To improve and reform products and services of the Fujibo Group
- For various questionnaires, campaigns, and prize contests
- To perform obligations and exercise rights related to business transactions
- To respond to inquiries
- To conduct business negotiations and meetings with customers
- To prepare, research, and analyze marketing data as well as to review and implement marketing strategies
- In the Fujibo Group or the third-party media, to provide, solicit customers of, advertise, or otherwise market the goods and services of the Fujibo Group or third parties according to the interests and concerns of customers based on the analysis of customer attributes and behavioral history
(2) Personal information related to shareholders
- To exercise rights and perform obligations under the Companies Act
- To provide various benefits from an issuing company toward status as shareholders
- To take various measures to facilitate relationships between the Company and its shareholders especially from the perspective of members of corporation and the corporation
- To manage shareholders, including preparation of data on shareholders in accordance with the prescribed standards based on relevant laws and regulations
(3) Personal information related to applicants for recruitment activity, employees, and retired employees
- To verify identity of an applicant for recruitment activity and to confirm information on application history for employment selection as well as to determine eligibility for recruitment
- To improve recruitment process
- To give notice of employment opportunities and events of the Company
- To contact with applicants for recruitment activities and retired employees
- To report the necessary matters to join the Company, manage employment after joining the Company, and manage retired employees
- To prepare or statistically use the analytical materials for employment selection and recruitment planning
3. Procedures to request disclosure and others related to retained personal data
Procedures to request disclosure, notice of purpose of use, correction, addition to, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of personal information (hereinafter the “Disclosure”) are as follows.

If you wish to request the Disclosure, please fill in the required information on the Company’s prescribed request form below, affix your seal, and send it by mail.
(2) Identity verification documents
As mentioned below, please attach the documents that can be used to verify the identity of a requester him/herself to the request form.
